Biography
Diane graduated from the Ontario College of Art and taught art during the 1960's in Etobicokes=s Senior Public School System and later, was a volunteer art instructor at the Oak Ridges Public School when she was a resident in that community. She continued to teach regular art classes at her studio located on Bayview Avenue in Aurora for many years.

During the 1980's Diane was very active with AKingcrafts@ in King City, and lead the art group there for a number of years. She is part of the early AKingcrafts alumni@ that, for more than twenty years, have continued to meet regularly to paint together and participate in monthly luncheon meetings.

She has also been active in many art shows in the King Township area including shows at the library with the late John Hall, eight solo shows at the former Wild Wings Gallery in Schomberg, five shows at The Manor at Carrying Place, the Whitten Gallery in King City, the Township Municipal Offices in King City, and recently at the Southlake Health Centre Gallery in Newmarket.

Diane is a long time member of the Central Ontario Art Association, a Asignature@ member of the Toronto Watercolour Society, and most recently served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Painters In Water Colour.

In 2003 Diane and her husband Peter moved to their present location in Schomberg, a delightful community they have grown to love, after 38 years at their studio location on Bayview Avenue in Aurora.
