Biography
Evangeline's love of watercolor is reflected in her fresh, transparent colors. She strives to create a depth and mood in her paintings. Nature is her inspiration. Evangeline participates regularly in many juried shows and she has won awards in every art association she belongs to such as the Toronto Watercolor Association, (she is a signature member), East and Central Art Associations. She is an active member of Kingcrafts in King City. Her paintings are represented in a number of galleries and in private collections at home and abroad.

Evangeline has taken courses from the Creative School of Art in Edmonton, Alberta, at the Ontario College of Art, the San Miguel de Allende Institue in Mexico, the Haliburton School of Fine Art in Ontario, and various workshops throughout Canada, U.S. and Kenya. She lives with her family in King City.

Artist Statement: I try to achieve transparency and boldness in my work with an emphasis in creating certain atmospheres in my paintings.
