Biography
Fine Artist and Designer of Handcrafted Stone Jewellery

My paintings are my life images- life experiences, life thoughts, life views and life feelings. I paint many landscapes – responding to the beauty, mood and energy of a land. My landscapes are strong compositions of exploding colour and energetic brushstrokes that capture moments of silence, moments of wild fury and moments of breathtaking beauty. My landscape paintings are thus moments of emotion fixed on canvas to be shared with the world.

All of life is constantly evolving and as a living being I am always evolving. When I paint I am driven to paint “beyond the land” to capture the essence of a moment, a feeling, an experience. Images emerge and then submerge as my painting moves in the direction of my creative spirit. I call this “Painting life as a landscape”.
